About VINSEV-400
VINSEV-400 contains sevelamer carbonate, a calcium-free, metal-free phosphate binder. It binds dietary phosphate in the gut, lowering serum phosphorus without adding to calcium load.
Indications
Control of hyperphosphataemia in patients with Chronic Kidney Disease, including those on dialysis.
Dosage & Administration
As directed by the physician.
Key Safety Information
- Contraindicated in hypophosphataemia and bowel obstruction; use with caution in swallowing or severe gastrointestinal motility disorders.
- May reduce absorption of some drugs (e.g. ciprofloxacin, mycophenolate, ciclosporin, tacrolimus, levothyroxine); separate dosing or monitor levels as advised.

Store below 25°C, protected from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
