Mycophenolic Acid Delayed-Release Tablets USP 360 mg
About DIMUNITY-S
DIMUNITY-S contains mycophenolic acid in an enteric-coated, delayed-release form that releases the drug in the small intestine. It is used as part of combination immunosuppressive therapy in organ transplantation.
Indications
Prophylaxis of organ rejection in patients receiving renal transplants, in combination with other immunosuppressants, under specialist supervision.

Key Safety Information
- Embryofetal toxicity: mycophenolate can cause pregnancy loss and congenital malformations. Contraindicated in pregnancy; women of childbearing potential need pregnancy testing and effective contraception.
- Increased risk of serious infections and of malignancies, including lymphoma and skin cancer. Monitor blood counts regularly.
- Mycophenolic acid delayed-release tablets and mycophenolate mofetil are not interchangeable mg-for-mg; do not switch without specialist supervision.
