About TACSET-1
TACSET-1 contains tacrolimus 1 mg, a calcineurin-inhibitor immunosuppressant widely used in organ transplant regimens, dosed under therapeutic drug monitoring.
Indications
Prophylaxis and treatment of allograft rejection in organ transplant recipients, under specialist supervision.
Dosage & Administration
As directed by the physician.
Key Safety Information
- Increased risk of serious infections and malignancies.
- Narrow therapeutic index: dose by trough-level (therapeutic drug) monitoring.
- Do not switch between tacrolimus formulations or brands without specialist supervision and level monitoring.
- Monitor for nephrotoxicity, neurotoxicity, new-onset diabetes, hyperkalaemia and QT prolongation. Many drug interactions via CYP3A4; avoid grapefruit.

Store below 25°C, protected from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
