About TACSET-0.5
TACSET-0.5 contains tacrolimus, a calcineurin-inhibitor immunosuppressant widely used in organ transplant regimens. The 0.5 mg strength enables flexible dose titration guided by therapeutic drug monitoring.
Indications
Prophylaxis and treatment of allograft rejection in organ transplant recipients, under specialist supervision.

Key Safety Information
- Increased risk of serious infections and malignancies.
- Narrow therapeutic index: dose by trough-level (therapeutic drug) monitoring.
- Do not switch between tacrolimus formulations or brands without specialist supervision and level monitoring.
- Monitor for nephrotoxicity, neurotoxicity, new-onset diabetes, hyperkalaemia and QT prolongation. Many drug interactions via CYP3A4; avoid grapefruit.

Store below 25°C, protected from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
